Summary: The staff was really great. We had a power outage and rain the whole time. One of the hot tubs wasnt working and there wasnt much emergency preparation or even so much as a bag of chips to apologize. We lost all the food we bought that was in the fridge. I know that most of this was not their fault but i do think the hotel could have been better prepared. We went over to another hotel and they had fresh water out for everyone and charging stations.
